Under the patronage of H.H. Sheikh Dr. Sultan bin Mohammed Al Qassimi, Member of the Federal Supreme Council, Ruler of Sharjah, may God preserve him, the Sixth Sharjah Human Resources Conference will start on Wednesday, 19 February, and will continue for two days, at the University of Sharjah, Medical and Health Sciences College - Al Razi Hall. The current version of the Conference organised by Sharjah Directorate of Human Resources will be entitled “Future of Human Resources”.
The Conference will welcome a group of experts and specialists in the human resources’ field and representatives from all local and federal departments and entities and from the private sector. The keynote speaker will be H.E. Dr. Ahmad Belhoul Al Falasi, Minister of State for Higher Education and Advanced Skills.
The Conference activities will start with the presentation of a documentary film on the Conference work, then H.E. Dr. Tariq Sultan Bin Khadim, Member of Sharjah Executive Council, Chairman of Sharjah Directorate of Human Resources, President of the Supreme Committee, organiser of Sharjah Human Resources Conference, will deliver his speech, followed by Dr. Hamid Al-Nuaimi, Director of the University of Sharjah, then followed by the Conference’s keynote speaker H.E. Dr. Ahmad Belhoul Al Falasi, Minister of State for Higher Education and Advanced Skills. Two workshops will be held during the Conference over two days, the first and second workshops are entitled “Importance of Saving” and “Individual Investment” respectively.
Two working sessions are scheduled to be held on the first day of the Conference, the first one is entitled: Future and Sustainability of Human Resources, while the second session is entitled: Impact of Globalisation on Human Resources and Social Life. The third session will be held on the second day, under the title: Human Resources in light of Digital Economic Development, and the fourth session is entitled: Innovation, Knowledge and Foresight for the Future of Coming Generations.
